Did You Miss Our August Meeting?

Linda is back from National Convention and had many tips and tricks to share. It was quite infomative and had us all wishing we were there, too. Next year the convention is planned for San Diego - start saving!

A few announcements in case you missed it:.

Barbara K asked for zippers - all lengths, no matter.... bring them to the next community sew.

And speaking of Community Sew, due to the Labor Day holiday, although we will back in our regular home, the date has been moved to the 2nd Monday, September 8th. Bring a sack lunch and join the fun.

Marilyn K. and Helen F. have started planning for the annual Christmas Stocking deliveries. They are asking for Christmas themed fabric donations as well as small gifts to stuff. The gifts need to be appropriate for all age groups. If you're not sure what goodies to buy, they will accept monetary donations and purchase the appropriate items.

Next Chapter meeting is Saturday, September 27th, noon to 3pm.
